The future?
Monday, February 16, 2015I haven't really known what to post here. I wasn't sure if I wanted to talk about myself particularly because it feels strange no after transplant. I am incredibly grateful for my second chance and there isn't a day that goes past where I don't thank my donor for giving me this extra time. I also know that there are many people who weren't so lucky. Either they didn't get the chance at a new life or things went badly for them, or they are experiencing serious bumps in the road.

Hey Tor. Heard the below quote at the end of a film I watched at the weekend, if you haven't seen it, I fully recommend it: The Theory of Everything.
ReplyDeleteIt is clear that we are just an advanced breed of primates on a minor planet orbiting around a very average star in the outer suburb of one among 100 billion galaxies. But, ever since the dawn of civilization, people have craved for an understanding of the underlying order of the world. There ought to be something very special about the boundary conditions of the universe. And what can be more special that there is no boundary. And there should be no boundary to human endeavor. We are all different. However bad life may seem, there is always something you can do and succeed at. While there is life, there is hope.
I've began reciting it on a daily basis.
Chin up :)
